Refund Policy

Change of Mind We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Opened or Unsealed Products All sales on opened or unsealed products are final. We do not accept returns on any items that have been opened, unsealed, or removed from their original packaging.

Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at ironvaultcollecables@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will assess the claim and, where applicable under Australian Consumer Law, offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by Iron Vault Collectables.

Incorrect Items If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover all associated return shipping costs.

Return Shipping All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Transit Damage If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, contact us at ironvaultcollecables@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior approval.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
