Shipping Policy
Processing Times Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes We ship Australia-wide using tracked postal services. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are:
- Metro areas: 3-7 business days
- Regional areas: 5-10 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our pricing and are outside our control.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the buyer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Iron Vault Collectables is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
